WaBot User Terms and Conditions Last updated: July 16, 2025 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for or using a WaBot user account, you (“User”) agree to these User Terms and Conditions ("User Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not register or use WaBot’s services. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. 3. User Accounts 3.1. Registration & Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of: Your account login credentials (email & password). Any actions taken from your account. 3.2. Account Security: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 3.3. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these User Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful. 4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use WaBot for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation. Interfere with the security or integrity of WaBot’s systems. Harass, abuse, or harm others or their content. 5. User Content & License 5.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit (“User Content”). 5.2. License Grant: By uploading User Content, you grant Enbiit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content solely to provide the service. 5.3. Responsibility: You warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that User Content does not infringe third-party rights. 6. Fees & Payments Basic WaBot user functionality is free. Premium features may incur fees, which will be communicated at point of purchase and detailed on our Pricing Page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 7. Privacy Your use of WaBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://wabot.enbiit.com/terms-and-policies/privacy_policy. 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability 8.1. No Warranty: WaBot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 8.2. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enbiit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WaBot. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Enbiit, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these User Terms or your User Content. 10. Changes to User Terms We may modify these User Terms at any time. We will post the revised version at https://wabot.enbiit.com/terms-and-policies/user_terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 11. Governing Law These User Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi. 12.
